Our seminars and training camps provide opportunities for students to deepen their skills, expand their knowledge, and train beyond regular class structure. Open to both CMA members and the broader community, these events include specialized technical seminars, high-focus training camps, and seasonal youth day camps such as March Break and Summer camps. free womens self defense
For almost three decades, Clarington Martial Arts & Fitness has opened its doors to the community to demonstrate our free Women’s Self-Defence course. This program is offered at no cost, and is for women 13 & up, and attendees need only comfortable clothes and a water bottle.
Learn the fundamental principles of self-defence, including basic martial arts techniques, incident prevention and danger recognition, as well as a fitness component, taught in a positive, secure environment.

March Break & summer vacation
youth martial arts camps @ CMA
Active. Structured. Community-Focused.
Our youth martial arts camps provide a safe, engaging environment where children stay active, build confidence, and develop new skills throughout the day. Offered during Summer and March Break, camps include martial arts training, structured games, teamwork activities, and character-building lessons. Open to both CMA members and the wider community, our camps combine physical activity with positive mentorship in a supportive setting.
